What is it used for?

  • Buildings, showrooms, warehouses and commercial premises
  • Entrances and controlled operational areas

What does it offer?

  • Improved visibility and incident review
  • Managed access and remote operational awareness

What needs checking before selection?

  • Blind spots, insecure access or inadequate storage can leave incidents unrecorded or expose personal data

Components and scope

  • IP and analogue cameras
  • Network video recorders
  • Remote monitoring
  • Access control

From survey to handover

  1. Survey the building and identify the hazard.
  2. Select compatible equipment and prepare the project design for the required review.
  3. Install, test and document the work; hand over operating information and a maintenance plan.

In Saudi Arabia, the design is reviewed against applicable Saudi Building Code requirements, including SBC 801, and the competent authority’s requirements. Capacity, quantities, coverage and testing follow the project design and manufacturer instructions. Safety licensing remains subject to the authority’s process through Salamah.
