  • Commercial, residential and industrial facilities with installed fire systems

What does it offer?

  • Traceable inspection and maintenance records
  • Earlier identification of faults and deterioration

What needs checking before selection?

  • Untested systems may fail silently and missing records can delay regulatory review

Components and scope

  • Functional testing
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Service reports
  • Emergency support

From survey to handover

  1. Survey the building and identify the hazard.
  2. Select compatible equipment and prepare the project design for the required review.
  3. Install, test and document the work; hand over operating information and a maintenance plan.

In Saudi Arabia, the design is reviewed against applicable Saudi Building Code requirements, including SBC 801, and the competent authority’s requirements. Capacity, quantities, coverage and testing follow the project design and manufacturer instructions. Safety licensing remains subject to the authority’s process through Salamah.
